The Florida Azalea Festival committee is proud to announce the Second Annual Bar-B-Q Cook Off, February 29th and March 1st at the Palatka Riverfront.
We are inviting businesses, individuals and teams to compete.

Pig’s on the River will host a Judge’s Seminar at 6pm Thursday February 28, 2008
at the Price Martin Center (mapquest “1100 Reid St., Palatka FL, 32177”). The
cost is $65.00 and includes a one year membership in the Florida BBQ
Association. You may purchase a seat at the door by check only, but
pre-registration is preferred. Please follow this link :

Completion of this certification course DOES NOT guarantee that you will judge
in this event.
